Dunkin needed a way to remind customers that the Holiday Latte was back, not just through social media. They want the customers (lapsed and active) to connect and feel the holiday spirit, and not just see an ad. People don’t just want a holiday drink; they want to have permission to feel festive.
This is a radio spot that leans into the ritual of the holidays; it is warm, familiar, and has a touch of playfulness that Dunkin is known for.
